I have created a very basic daylight mod, it purely and simply alters the daylight hours in the game depending on which month you have loaded.

Each month starts on the 2nd Sunday of that month and has the day number, it also contains GMT offset data and finally the current solstice period.

ALL the mods are written to UK defaults but have been left unlocked, so if any user wishes to edit to suit their own Time zone then they CAN do so without asking me at all. :biggrin_mini2:

 
All I ask is, if you do share your edit at least give me some credit. :biggrin_mini2:

This mod DOES NOT contain any other data other than specified above, it is purely just the relevant env_data.sii file and then a manifest and description file along with the respective months jpg.

I know there many weather mods out there but please do not get confused as this only utilises the built in scs environment data making each month a little more realistic with daylight lengths and lighting up and off times.

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods

• 📥 Download the mod «Daylight Hours [1.22.xx]»
• 📦 Use WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the archive
• 📁 Copy the .scs file into My Documents / Euro Truck Simulator 2 / mod
• 🎮 Launch the game → Profile → Mod Manager → Activate the mod
