UK SPEED EDIT AND THROTTLE RESPONSE v1
Features:
This mod replaces the standard speed limits in the UK, sadly this also includes Scotland which did NOT alter LGV Speed Limits in April 2015, changes made were:
A-Roads 50Mph and Dual Carriageways and Motorways 60Mph.
It also addresses lincence plates within the UK increasing the allowance to include the current 15 and future 65 plates.
I have also Added a physics file which gives you greater control at lower engine revs for slow speed manouvering. hopefully removing all the jerks at low revs......
