Example.If the speed limit for trucks is 90 the ai will drive 90,not any lower or higher.
Changes:
-Fixed speed limit for Bulgaria and Romania: from 100km/h to 80km/h (for trucks)
-Edited spawn frenquency for diffrent ai cars in Serbia,Romania and Bulgaria.
-Fixed speed limits for Serbia: from 90km/h to 80km/h

Download this def file and replace it with your old one.
Keep in mind no Special Transport or RusMap included.
