🌍 Akokan Island for ETS2 - is a map expansion mod for ETS2 players, designed to enhance the fictional Grand Utopia map with a French-inspired tropical island. Located south of the main Grand Utopia island, Akokan Island offers a unique and challenging driving experience set in a lush, less urbanized environment. Akokan Island is a mid-sized, tropical island integrated into the Grand Utopia region, drawing inspiration from French culture and landscapes. Unlike the more developed areas of Grand Utopia, Akokan is sparsely populated and largely untouched, classified as a Utopian nature reserve.

🏝️ Features Akokan Island:
- 🇫🇷 A French-inspired tropical environment with abundant rainforests, rugged landscapes, and a nature reserve aesthetic.
- 🌊 Features a mix of coastal and inland areas, with Port-Méli as the main hub and smaller hamlets scattered throughout.
- 🛣️ Most roads outside Port-Méli are unpaved and rough, demanding careful driving and vehicle preparation (e.g., spare wheels).
- 🌳 Wilderness routes through rainforests test players’ driving skills, with narrow and uneven paths.
- 🚚 Deliveries to businesses supporting the island’s economy, including:
🌲 Timber industry (logging and wood processing).
⛏️ Rock extraction (quarries).
🏖️ Tourism (supporting local attractions and services).
- 🗺️ Required: Grand Utopia v1.17
