No more empty bench and chairs v1.1 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 game. 

Features:
With this mod will have no more empty chairs and benches in game. 
Will be occupied by SCS animated characters.
Spawned frequency of pedestrian is 0.3 and will not be spawned on night or during rain !!!!
Will work in any map! 


New Version 1.1:
- Adapted to patch 1.35
- Added assets from dlc_it and dlc_balt 

Note: with new SCS mover system, I'm unable to make movers reacts to rain, 
so, during rain, will have wet pedestrian sitting
