I have updated the Excavator Mutt 422 to work in game version 1.30.

Excavator Mutt has same spawn ratio as 'slow' vehicles, spawn times have
been set to between 8am & 5pm, speed is increased to 50kmh.

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods:
