Traffic Excavator mod Mutt 422 for Ets2 1.26.x game version

Changes since the last version:
Excavator: Only uses only local roads
No more slow-moving road block in the traffic ;)
Speed set to 40km
Rework skins for both the ATS and ETS2
Messier skins two types
dds rework the wheels now looks brighter

The ETS2 verision yellow / black and red / gray
Spawn_ratio set to: 0.1

No sound added.
Mod is unlockt.
