Climate Fix - Lighting + No Bloom v1.3 for Ets2 game

This modification improves lighting, disables automatic exposure and

eliminates bright light and illuminated sectors in the game environment.

Features:

- No Bloom
- Less Fog
- No Auto Exposure
- Better Lighting of the Sun
- Realistic Color Temperature

v1.0: Adjustments and improvements in bad.sii and nice.sii. 
v1.1: Adjustments in Eye Adaptation Speed (Automatic Exposure). 
v1.2: Adjustments and improvements in bad.sii and nice.sii. 
v1.3: Adjustments and improvements in bad.sii and nice.sii. In the stable version of ETS2, ProMods Climates will be added.
