Rudi´s Rush Hour Beta Test for Ets2 1.30 beta game version

Uploaded a test version for 1.30 Beta.

This one will not work with older versions!!!

SCS changed the spawn system. they removed some settings, but now we have more options to

adjust the spawn for vehicles and road types, and thats good.
i tested not that much, impossible, but overall it looks not that bad. 
if you like you can try it, and if you like to help me, leave your feedback.

My target are still the same:
Rush hours in the morning and afternoon at the highways,

but not so high traffic at other roads. and that is now possible,

but need for sure some more tweaks.

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods:

- Download the mod «Rudi´s Rush Hour Beta Test [1.30]»
- Use WinRAR or 7-zip and unzip the archive;
- Copy the file with the extension .scs in My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/mod folder
- Start the game, go to your profile, see the Mod manager and activate the mod.
