Traffic lights with a flashing green for Ets2 game

This mod makes the traffic lights work as realistic as possible.

The green signal flashes three times, as at the current traffic light.

A bug with non-stop traffic lights at the crossings is possible,

since the blinking green registered instead of some signal.
