Note from the Author:

This mod makes the lighting and the colors as realistic as possible,

with this mod you can actually feel the sun and sometimes it blinds you while driving.

It is recommended (not necessary) to have one of Grimes weather mod installed.

The preset is turned off/on sometimes during the video to show the difference.

Features:

* Better and more realistic lighting and colors.
* Darker Night
* SMAA Anti-Aliasing.
* Added Beautiful Realistic Lens Flare.

 

Changes in Version 2.0:

– Added sharpness (I can’t push it more than this or else it’ll provoke disturbing aliasing).
– Lens Flare effect adjusted so that it wont bother you at night time.
– SMAA slightly adjusted (change barely noticeable).

Install:

>(32bit) – Extract the 4 files into “Euro Truck Simulator 2binwin_x86” folder.

>(64bit) – Extract the 4 files (64bit) into “Euro Truck Simulator 2binwin_x64” folder.

 Uninstall:
Remove the 4 files from “Euro Truck Simulator 2binwin_x86 or 64” folder.

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods:

- Download the mod «ETS2 Realistic Lighting/Colors Mod v2.0»
- Use WinRAR or 7-zip and unzip the archive;
- Copy the file with the extension .scs in My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/mod folder
- Start the game, go to your profile, see the Mod manager and activate the mod.
