Hello truckers!
So with the new beta patch and introduction of simulated tire performance, I had an idea to make a mod that uses real life specs and names.
Since I am useless with any form of graphic design, I have made use of the amazing Wheels Pack by the great 50keda (Wheels Pack by 50keda v3.3) and added loads of tires. The figures are a guess, but they should fall into desired range specified by the EU.

It includes 90 different front and 75 different rear tires from some of the biggest tire manufacturers Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone, Yokohama, Continental, Dunlop, Fulda and Pirelli!
All of the data about tire performance was taken from official websites of said manufacturer. The data used is for the corresponding tire size so even the same tires in different sizes can vary.

 

The prices for front tires are for set of two and prices for rears are for set of 4.
Prices were taken from various internet tire suppliers and may vary from country to country and from website to website.

Version 2.0 adds corresponding skins for the tires! The quality of the skins is dependant on the quality of pictures available on the internet (get it together Bridgestone and Yokohama I want some sidewalls!)

Version 3.0 adds tires from Continental, Dunlop, Fulda and Pirelli

Version 3.4 adds compatibility with abasstreppas wheelpack. Tested with version 2.0 of the pack.

Version 3.5 add Winters tires pack

Version 4.0 adds front and rear 315/70 and front 385/65 tires

 

Version 4.1:
– Fixed compatibility with newest 50k Wheel Pack v3.3

 

Version 4.2: Added some icons

 

There are now 3 versions of the mod:
1) Full mod with all of the tires
2) GY group: Contains all of the tires from manufacturers owned by Goodyear
3) BCMPY: Contains Bridgestone, Continental, Michelin, Pirelli and Yokohama tires
4) Winter tires pack

Installation:
Make sure Real_Tires_for_50k_*.*.scs after original 50k_WheelsPack.scs

 

 

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods:

- Download the mod «Real Tire addon for 50kedas Wheel pack v4.2»
- Use WinRAR or 7-zip and unzip the archive;
- Copy the file with the extension .scs in My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/mod folder
- Start the game, go to your profile, see the Mod manager and activate the mod.
