🇸🇪 Swedish Islands Map for ETS2 - this map addon called Swedish Islands is covering the two biggest islands in Sweden, Gotland and Öland, located in the Baltic Sea. You can reach the island Gotland by ferries from Karlskrona and Nynäshamn in Sweden and Ventspils in Latvia. The other island Öland, you can get to via a bridge from the city Kalmar on the east coast of Sweden. This map addon was created during the last 6 months, after I was inspired and triggered by Arayas, creator of the Romania Extended Map, and Zaregon, the creator of the North Map. They have also been my mentors during the creation of the project by answering questions when I got stuck.

Features mod Swedish Islands Map:
- 🏝️ Two Swedish Islands: Explores Gotland and Öland, Sweden's largest islands.
- 📍 New Cities: Adds 16 new cities for expanded delivery opportunities.
- 🏢 New Companies: Features 30 new companies to pick up and deliver cargo.
- ⛴️ Ferry Connections to Gotland: Reach Gotland by ferry from Karlskrona and Nynäshamn (Sweden), and Ventspils (Latvia).
- 🌉 Bridge to Öland: Access Öland via a bridge from Kalmar on Sweden's east coast.
- 🤝 Map Compatibility: Fully compatible with ProMods and TSM map mods.
- ⚠️ DLC Requirement: Requires all map DLCs

Changes in v1.14:

🎮 Tested on game version 1.55.x

Changes in v1.10 (1.37.x):
-  Added compatibility with ProMods 2.45.

- Restored Ferry Services. 

New version 1.0:
1. More cosmetic changes, mostly overlapping terrain flicker.
2. Reduced and relocated the UI world map view road numbers. (Requested by Julmath)
3. Also added more road numbers, but this time with another method, painting the numbers ON the asphalt.
4. Removed display of undrivable roads from the UI world map view. (Requested by Stilgar)

Changes in v0.99:
- Cosmetic changes to improve the visual part of the map;
- Added a new ferry service from Visby (Sweden) to Ventspils (Latvia);
- Added a lot of road markings and signs "Give way";
- Added road numbers to the map, so now you can see which road you are driving;
- Changed the format of localization of cities.

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods:

- Download the mod «Swedish Islands Map v1.14 by BenganJ (1.55.x) for ETS2»
- Use WinRAR or 7-zip and unzip the archive;
- Copy the file with the extension .scs in My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/mod folder
- Start the game, go to your profile, see the Mod manager and activate the mod.
