MADster`s MAN TGA Interior/Exterior Rework

Features:
- Based on real TGA interior look;
- Improved all interior textures - plastic, leather and fabric materials, tachograph;
- New textures for dashboard warning lights and various symbols on dashboard buttons;
- Increased brightness of dashboard backlight;
- Added one more windshield wiper mode;
- Improved various bodywork parts: headlights, fog lights, blinkers, tail lights, radiator, mudguards and chassis,
fuel tanks, suspension and exhaust system.
Mod is suitable for MADster`s MAN TGA only!
You must give this mod higher priority, than MADster`s mod!
Tested on latest 1.22 version of ETS2, but on older versions mod should work too.
