Mod tested on Standard map, ProMods 2.0, RusMap and MHAPro

-Completly new road textures
-Completly new flares + added AI traffic flares
-Changed some textures and fixed few textures
-Seperated mods 4 mods which can be updated (very nice option)
-New loading pictures
-Fixed text position in loading pictures
-Other small fixes
-Added flashing arrows (arrows flash day and night)
-Additional is possible get SweetFX for x64 but if you use SweetFX you lose few FPS its normal but you gain some on graphic wink emotikon
