here is reskinned mod with Czech Republic Rescue Unit cars.
(I used Fin Police and Ambulance AI Cars v 2.2.4 mod by Oswald)
In ETS2 map all Cars drive only in Czech Republic.

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods:

- Download the mod «AI Rescue Unit Cars-Czech Republic Mod V1»
- Use WinRAR or 7-zip and unzip the archive;
- Copy the file with the extension .scs in My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/mod folder
- Start the game, go to your profile, see the Mod manager and activate the mod.
