ZIL 5423 - this modification adds a high quality russian truck model for ETS2 players adapted to the latest game version. The ZIL-5423 tractor had two-axle and three-axle versions. The car had a sleeping compartment, and the spectacular decorative lining of the cab was intended only for the show instance.
