Changes in v4.0 By RedeX01:
- Made some improvements for Version 1.45.
- Fully adapted to Version 1.45.
- With the update of the map, changing roads, buildings and empty areas have been adjusted.
- 35 closed roads have been opened in the new update. 15 Empty land has been made usable
