I created a script to convert TomTom voices to SCS voices,
and created a mod containing 57 voices from the original TomTom.
These are the free voices for most countries that are available for the TomTom XL.
The voices included are:

Simple steps to install ETS2 Mods:
- Download the mod «TomTom 57 voices pack for Ats and Ets2»- Use WinRAR or 7-zip and unzip the archive;
- Copy the file with the extension .scs in My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/mod folder
