Updated Truck Physics v3.4 for Ets2 1.27.x game version

- Changes to chassis work travel, lowered it a bit to feel more realistic, 
especially when truck starts moving at slow speed
- Changes to to cabin travel, increased a little to compensate bumps on the road in a more realistic way
- Changes to pitch damping, lowered for a slightly longer bouncing, very subtle

- Updated to work with v1.25 of the game

- Fixed compatibility with v1.24 of the game
- Changes to rear axle, now it has higher travel and more elasticity.

Most changes are to the cabin movement/reaction on breaking and accelerating.
