Replacement 3D activation symbol

Features:

This mod replaces the standard 3D character (default green) activation in a workshop, garage,

crossing areas (barriers), gas stations, etc. installed and removed without affecting the gaming profile.

Serviceability checked. 

Tested on 1.24.x-1.25.x game versions
