I decided to keep and in some parts change the orange tint of the lamps(as I personally dislike the white lights from SCS).
I recommend HDR ON, Color correction OFF (you may tinker with this setting).
You can also use this mod in combination with IWR, may not work with other similar mods.

Added definitions for all AI cars and trucks from the Jazzycat traffic mods, now much brighter, wide-ranging headlights.
Overall flare tweaks.
