Lighted Scania round Badge v0.9 Beta for RJL trucks in Ets2 1.33.x game version

Please note that this version is beta (v0.9) so it has lots of issues most of the are

modeling issues but they will be fixed as soon as possible.
Also I will add more variants of the badge with more designs etc in the future.
