Fix 2 for Truck Traffic Pack v3.1 by Jazzycat for Ets2 1.32.x beta game version

This is a temporary fix for Truck Traffic Pack by Jazzycat v3.1 for patch 1.32.x beta:

– fixed bugs with missed textures.

*If you have fix 1 remove him.

Fix must have higher priority than pack.

For Ets2 version 1.32.x beta only!!!
