NO BLOOM Mod v1.0 by Pixelgraphers (1.30.x) for Euro Truck Simulator 2 game.

Completely removes the bloom effect when HDR is enabled, drastically improving the clarity of the image. Note that sunshafts and HDR eye adaption are not affected.

ProMods version (adds support for climates added by ProMods)

Compatible with version 1.30.X
Since bloom values are located in climate files, this fix may not be compatible with mods that change climates.

Tested on game version 1.30.x
