NO BLOOM for ProMods v1.0 by Pixelgraphers (1.30.x) for Euro Truck Simulator 2 game.

Completely removes the bloom effect when HDR is enabled, drastically improving the clarity of the image. Note that sunshafts and HDR eye adaption are not affected.

Base Mod without ProMods Climates

Compatible with version 1.30.X and ProMods 2.25.
Requires higher priority than ProMods. Since bloom values are found in climate files, this fix may not be compatible with mods that change climates.
