No Bloom for SCS weather v1.0 by Piva (1.30.x) for Euro Truck Simulator 2 game.

This mod remove the bloom from default SCS weather and alternative mod which remove bloom for Promods map.

ETS2_NO_BLOOM - for default map
ETS2_NO_BLOOM_FOR_PROMODS - same mod, but support promods climates yet.

Tested on game version 1.30.x
